The erinfocardTM is meant to be used as a template to allow the user to assimilate medical information the user provides in an organized, easy-to-use, storeable and accessable manner. The erinfocardTM is not waterproof, so submersion may damage the flash drive. The owner sets the password for the medical information. The site enfocard.com or the company, cpd health consultants, LLC will have no access to these records or any way to record the person's password(s), so the user is STRONGLY CAUTIONED to keep a secure copy of both their medical data and their password in a safe location as a backup to the card. Cards damaged by users or requests for a new password cannot be renewed or replaced; if the plastic hinge is broken during use, the drive is still usable and still stores easily in the card slot; it is not a reason to return the card.
The book, "The Emergency Room Visitor's Guide; it's going to happen to you" is written as a guideline, it is not meant to offer medical or legal services. Those people that need medical or legal services should seek medical service providers or legal service providers.
